The staff was top notch! The staff was friendly, accommodating, professional, and went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The property was in bad shape. The building's stucco cement on the outside was crumbling. The floor leading up to the hotel room was dirty, the pool was empty, inside the lobby was a junked up mess. Inside the hotel room had an overall feeling of needing to be updated. The beds, floors, and bathroom was clean; but it all needs to be updated as soon as possible.

This hotel was dirty. The property had trash everywhere. They did not have the free breakfast that was advertised online. All the side walks and walking spaces had trash on it. This hotel should not be on your list for people to stay at!

The stay was actually really relaxing and low-key. The employees were average aside from Chris who was super awesome and had a dope personality and helped us feel welcome and comfortable, went above and beyond! The manager on the other hand was super rude and unprofessional quite unpleasant to say the least about her personality… treated us as though we weren’t worthy of her time or effort and was pretty obscene on multiple occasions… Would return but hopefully just avoid the blond shrew.

Place is dangerous and dirty. There were pills under the bed. Microwave was burned. Window was cracked and had tape holding it together. Door won't open or close properly. Towel had hair on them. Shampoo and other bathroom stuff were half empty. Place smells really bad.

the condition of the rooms were terrible. the towels were still damp and unusable. they're were stains on the lamp shades, half of the lamps didn't work, I'll never stay here again

The room wasn't at all like it was depicted, it looked like it hadnt been updated in 15 or so years honestly. The bathroom remained cold even with the heater going in the room, and we could hear everything from the rooms on either side of us and below us. There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases. We reserved a room with just a king bed, but there was a cot in the room that ate up most of the space, and the outside parts of the building looked quite unsafe and falling apart like the walk ways for the upper rooms.

Non smoking room smelled very strongly of marijuana. Unclean, fake eyelash left on bed headboard. Bathroom door latch plate was missing and latch was inoperable.
