Cute and comfortable property with decent updates. Shower is a bit of a struggle for anyone over 5’8 but could be easily remedied with a spray attachment, stairs are a bit hard to navigate but beds are super comfortable so it’s worth it. Love the open concept downstairs and the highlight is the screen porch! Spent most of the time out there as lake was very low due to lack of rain. Water was clean and very warm but super shallow and once you got to any depth it was weedy and it was super muddy getting out so again, enjoyed most of our days on the porch reading, napping, putting puzzles together and watching the birds. As a group of women staying alone we felt safe, but I did wish the back door had a lock. Was a bit difficult to drag mostly someone else’s leftover trash up the driveway on trash day, took two of us to get it up the hill. Overall, we had a much needed very relaxing, laid back week…just listing all the pros and cons to be fair as some of these items may be deal breakers to others and vacations are not cheap - I rely on honest reviews to make my decisions, so I hope this helps. 8/10…would stay again strictly for the porch!
