The entryway area was extremely clean when we arrived. The lady at the desk was courteous and knowledgeable. The breakfast was the standard motel breakfast. The desk help was mopping and vacuuming the entry way in the morning. Very nice.

The first room we were assigned smelled bad. We asked for a different room. The second room had an egg on the floor behind the foot rests. Not a clean place. Staff did not seem to really care.

The AC/Heater in the room cracked and popped all night long every 5 to 10 seconds. It kept us awake all night and we needed to get up at 3:30am to catch a flight. I told the front desk in the am, and she didn't care a less. Guarantee if you get room 321 you will not sleep!
