Everything was great, other than I stayed at the cottages and got locked out early in the morning in my nightgown. It was freezing and after calling the front desk, they informed me that I needed to come to them for a new key. I had to run around the property barefoot, in my pjs, in the cold. It didn’t need to be that embarrassing or uncomfortable for me.

The entire staff was friendly the entirety of my stay, which was multiple weeks, the pizza was fantastic and they even offered to let me go in for breakfast early since I had to be at work before breakfast hours. I will definitely be back if I work in the area again!

Service was very poor at this property. I waited almost 40 minutes to check in and staff did not seem concerned with assisting. I would not recommend staying here. After waiting and calling the property multiple times a staff member abruptly came out of a closet with a male. I can only guess what they were doing but it was a very poor experience

We arrived at the property and our bathroom looked like the glitter fairy threw up. It was all over the bathroom and the toilet paper. The bathroom floor was coming up and put a hole in my socks, and there were stains on the sheet, hair and something else gross. We also did not have a remote for our TV. We called and asked about it and was told they could not help us so I beat not get charged for that. So I had two teenage girls with no TVor remote. The person that greeted when I came in and left was not friendly at all.

Comfortable but needs updating.

The hotel was built in the early 2000's (2000-2002) I know this as the employer I worked for at the time held classes at area hotels and two of us toured the hotel in its construction phase. The room we stayed in (king with whirlpool) had not been updated since that time - low toilet and easy chair which are hard for people with bad knees to use/sit in. Other items were simple items such as 3-way light bulbs that only had one available brightness available, cracked tiles in bathroom. Alarm clock that was unplugged and when plugged in, could not figure out how to set time -- maybe reason unplugged? We had to have maintenance come look at the toilet as it wasn't flushing correctly and fully. All the employees we had contact with were very friendly. The free hot breakfast was great.

The children in the room adjoining ours were screaming, fighting, running up and down the hallway and slamming doors until 11:30 pm and then they were up again at 7 am with more of the same. The hallway carpets and stairways were littered with papers and garbage. This is not the first time we've stayed here for convenience sake, but it will be the last. It's always the same with unrestrained children running around and lots of noise. You can't get a decent night's sleep.
