RIGHT ON THE BEACH - BEACH FRONT - Standing in the master suite watching dolphins in the surf below is an amazing experience. The 9th floor creates the perfect vantage point for a spectacular view. New shaker cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances make time spent in the fully equipped kitchen a more pleasurable experience. Pour a glass of wine or mix a cocktail to drink while relaxing on the balcony. In the condo, the living space blends modern with comfort to create a spacious, inviting home away from home. Enjoy a 70" flat screen TV complete with iPhone compatible sound bar, DVD player, Cable, HBO, and is Netflix/streaming compatible. The condo has a dedicated, secure, high speed WI-FI service that is not shared with any other unit. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is additional seating at the bar. The master suite offers a plush King bed and 32" flat screen TV, as well as access to the Gulf Front balcony. The 2nd bedroom also has a King bed with new mattress and a 32" flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Our condo boast a private washer and dryer, large pantry and storage closet.

Mingle with the other guests while grilling steak or fresh gulf coast shrimp in the fabulous new grill area next to the heated pool, or go down to the private beach. Additional amenities include a well equipped fitness center with a sauna and steam room, and private pickle ball & tennis courts. While beach chairs are not provided, you are welcome to bring or purchase your own, or rent the on-site beach service. Sorry, personal umbrellas are prohibited, with the exception of baby tents.

Emerald Towers is situated in the heart of Destin near many restaurants and 'The Back Porch' is just a short walk down the beach, and a few hundred feet past that is the Henderson Beach State Park with over a mile of natural beaches - great for longer strolls or jogs. Beautiful two bedroom, 9th floor. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels, cookware etc. Emerald Towers is a smaller condo which is perfect, has a private beach that limits personal tents, and not over crowded. Ocean view from every window!! Quite area!

We had such an amazing vacation and loved this condo. Todd is an excellent communicator & host of this beautiful Condo. The Condo has all that you need to make coffee, toast, and cook whatever you like (we even baked a cake!). The views are phenomenal - this was our first visit to Destin Florida and the water is gorgeous... we even saw Dolphins right in front of the Condo every day! I would highly recommend this Condo for your family stay - we enjoyed every minute (and the beds are soooo comfortable too!). Thanks for everything Todd! :)

Very clean condo with spectacular views of the gulf. Emerald water was beautiful and the dolphins swimming by was a bonus. Well equipped with everything you need and communication with the owner was excellent. Most definitely would return to this property for a great beach vacation!!!

Great family landing spot

The condo has gorgeous views, plenty of space, and very convenient. It was thoughtfully furnished with little things that made it feel more like home (like a pantry area, plenty of seating, etc). And alllll the hooks in the bathrooms (brilliant). Great property and amenities. Definitely recommend.

The stay at Todd’s condominium was absolutely incredible. We were originally scheduled to stay at the Sundestin resort but we chose not to stay there because of the ongoing construction. We had everything we needed and more at Todd’s place. The view was absolutely beautiful. The weather could not have been any better. We were within walking distance of many restaurants including Waffle House which we loved.My daughter got married on the Solaris yacht last Saturday May 31st, 2025 and It was absolutely incredible.We will definitely be back. This Emerald Towers Condominium was so stunning. We rented chairs on the beach and relaxed and listened to music. We sat on the deck it was such an amazing week. I highly recommend this condominium.

Great family getaway

The condo was perfect for our family! Check in was easy and I liked that it was gated for extra security. The pool was a nice afternoon hangout and our daytime was spent at the beach which was super close and convenient! Heads up if you want to rent chairs, you may not get front row which was a little bit of a bummer but no one’s fault! We also went on a holiday week so may have just been busy! Overall great and we can’t wait to come back!
