Recent renovation includes new stainless appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths to give platinum-rated upgrades to this already beautiful unit.

Because this Crystal Dunes unit is a first floor corner unit, it has the ambiance of a beach home rather than a condo. It is light-filled, having many more windows than the average unit. More windows means better view of the beach! It is the perfect condo for families with children or ideal for couples. Park next to the unit and unload luggage and groceries within steps of the door! No Elevator needed!

Professionally decorated this Crystal Dunes unit features high ceilings and crown moldings. Watch the sunrise from the bay window in the dining area or a spectacular sunset from the living area.

This unit has two (2) master bedrooms with a king bed in each! New sofa converts to a queen size bed and built-in bunk beds in the hallway are ideal for children.
