We loved our stay here. The breakfast was really good and what I would consider above average for a complimentary hotel breakfast. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we loved having a kitchenette. The hot tub was really nice and stayed open late. Parking was never an issue and the location is prime! you are within minutes of so many things. My only complaint was the hours that the rooftop bar/restaurant, Vue, was open. We had a lot going on for the short amount of time we were there, so any time we had an opportunity to pop up there for a drink we found that they were closed, either because we arrived too early or too late (I believe they open mid-afternoon and close very early, maybe 9PM?). The last day we were there they were closed all day for a private event. Definitely a bummer because I would have liked to check it out, but doesn't take away from the other great things about the hotel. If we find ourselves in Dillon again we will return.

We enjoyed our stay, but it definitely wasn't worth the cost. At $500 for one night, we expected more. There was a bar on our floor (4th), which was cool, but it was closed for the entirety of our visit. We also had to pay for parking. You would think they would include parking after paying $500. It was nice enough, but just not worth the money.

Hotel itself is excellent as a place to stay. Rooms are large and clean. Beds are comfortable. Front desk leaves a bit to be desired in terms of friendliness and ability to give information. I wasn’t made aware that there was a parking garage available for any guest to use. I wasn’t told that my room key would give me access. I was informed that there was a $15 dollar a night parking fee after I was asked if I was going to park at the hotel. Where else would I park?! I’m staying at your hotel! For the price paid for the room, I would think parking on the premises would be included Ya know, the same way it works at any other hotel in the country. So yeah, I guess if you get the right person to check you in that explains how the hotel works, you’ll have a great time. Just watch how they slip in the $15 parking fee right at the end. It’s actually a little amusing.

This hotel is beautiful, and we really do enjoy staying here when we travel! I would recommend skipping the breakfast, unless you stick to cereal and bagel. It’s okay, just not great. Absolutely skip the coffee though, it’s bad. Kitchen area is super clean and staff are great about filling empty items. We had some issues with check in, a staff member gave us a 30 min time frame and said she would call us. Two hours later, we went back in to ask if we could check in after the event that brought us up, when we got there it was a new ( wonderful) staff member that sounded surprised , said they had two rooms ready , but that none of my Previous information ( cell number and license plate for parking ) was not written down. Speaking of parking, be aware you’ll be charged to park your car , even if you have a hotel reservation. It isn’t much, but frustrating when their prices are already high.
