I made a reservation through Travelocity 2 weeks in advance only to be called the day I was checking in and be told they had oversold their rooms and did not have one available for our family. I was in town for a travel baseball tournament and had to scramble to find somewhere to stay for myself, my wife and 3 kids. Thankfully Sleep Inn was available and they were great. I was very disappointed with Hilton Garden Inn.

Beautiful property, recognized by staff upon entering lobby, room was well planned, comfortable bed, high quality linens on bed and towels in bathroom, nice to have iron and ironing board available, coffee station, small ref, easy checkout. I wasnt too bad but expected different.

Pool was dirty, elevator smelled like a dirty vaccume bag, room had lady bugs and fleas, fridge was so iced up it barely worked, 1 key didnt work the entire 2 day stay,bathroom tile had a soap scum ring in the shower, evening staff not very welcoming, trash in the fold out bed, unexpected fee but will be revered if nothing is wrong upon check out. It was quiet. Waitstaff for breakfast was nice.
