Excellent short break

Just on a short pre-Christmas visit, second time staying here and will definitely use again. Good position in Bur Dubai (very handy for both Red and Green Metro stations). Staff are excellent and hotel amenities are very good.

Fantastic hotel in Perfect Location

The sheraton bur dubai was such a brilliant choice, the hotel was lovely, clean, perfect location in the middle of everything!! and the beat thing was ALL the staff were very friendly always there if you need anything and always smiling!!:) will always stay at this hotel when in dubai and I have recomended it to family that want to come to dubai!! I have travelled a lot around the world but my experience at sheraton but dubai was one to remember!!!!!!:)

Staff are the asset

Stayed for 5 nights, and we have a very comfortable room that was small but well equipped. Unfortunately, even though it was No smoking, the hallway was always smelling of smoke. We had the Gym and Pool to ourselves most of the time which were clean and well equipped. The Hotel is in a busy part of the City with the Metro less than 3 mins walk, and felt safe at all times. Plenty of restaurants around. The Staff were excellent and assisted us when required, the guys maintaining the Gym and Pool worked tirelessly to keep them clean. The staff made our stay very pleasant. We ate at the Picanto and Antiuqe Bazzar, both were very good. Only issue was a beer was well overpriced.

Great location

I was personally after a good location somewhere near to the attractions and somewhere I could gain easy access to the rest of the city. This was perfect for me as it was next to the museum, suk(market), water taxi (sea water), metro, shopping malls (all in walking distance) and also close to Jeremiah beach and Dubai zoo (short taxi journey). The rest of Dubai was very easy to access from this point. The hotel itself was very similar to other Sheraton hotel (around a 4*). I found the staff brilliant really willing to go out their way to help you. For example we had arrived earlier then the check in time permitted but they gave us a room as soon as one was available. Another excellent point to note about the hotel staff is they are very good at helping you to organise events. They helped us organise a 3 hour tour around Dubai for around 300 (50 sterling), which I strongly recommend for first time explorers in Dubai, as it give me an idea to where things are and what things there were to do. We had fantastic stay and I would defiantly recommend this hotel for anyone just wanting to get around freely.

Fabulous for all the family

Great staff, very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.Good, clean, cool, great for our family holiday and ideal location. Two metro stations either direction and less than 3 mins walk. My favourite is always a buffet breakfast and I loved it!!!!

Hôtel accueillant, très bien situé.

Pros: La propreté, la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité des restaurants, la situation. Bon buffet du petit déjeuner.
Cons: Une des chambres un peu bruyante (bruit de climatisation?).
Location: L'accès à tous les quartiers de la ville est très facile avec le métro (2 stations très proches de l'hôtel).
Endroit agréable. Personnel très accueillant et efficace. Hôtel confortable, bien tenu, très bien situé, proche du quartier historique et du métro. Restaurants de l'hôtel (indien et italien) très bien.

Service with a Smile

The hotel was situated in a good place for me and my husband, who are senior citizens. The metro stations (green and red) and the supermarket were not far away. The staff was very helpful, polite and everyone could speak English (to my surprise). Breakfast buffet was plentiful with lots of choice. I'd appreciate if it were included in the room price.We felt that we got special service: pineapple juice as a welcome drink, birthday cake as a surprise, catching taxis etc. If you appreciate these things I'd recommend this hotel to you.
