The hotel was better than I expected as an economy hotel option. Everything in the room worked. It was clean. I felt safe. The bed was comfortable. I rated compared to other hotels of the same price point.

The pool and breakfast area were clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable, but had some spots where it wasn't vacuumed, and a coffee stain on the sink. There were tiny little bugs like gnats all over the bathroom floor (not fleas, definitely NOT bedbugs). The bathtub didn't drain properly. But the bed was clean and comfortable, the towels stress clean and comfortable. It was a basic room at an amazing price, and i would stay there again.

The room was nicer-looking than ever before. More spa-like. I slept beautifully, had a great shower (great water pressure!), and had a few breakfast items in the main office area. Only wish you provided an egg offering, even hard-boiled (limit “2”?). All carbs are hard on older diabetic patrons/guests. But thanks so much for good coffee, yogurt, toast and jelly, and bagels. And for the fruit!!

Definitely needs some upgrading and maintenance. Sink drain didn’t work, towel bar by sink isn’t tight to the wall, toilet seat was so loose that we were afraid to use it, hook on bathroom wall was loose and freezer compartment in fridge was missing door and was rusty with peeling paint. Ceiling tile fell down and into our tub because of a leak upstairs. The front desk did have maintenance address the sink, toilet seat and ceiling issues when told about it. Plumber was unable to fix sink drain until after we left.

Staff is amazing!!! Breakfast ready at 6am every day with fresh coffee, orange juice on ice, and many goodies to eat. Any problems with my room, they were quick to respond. Pool is heated and very clean.
