Staff were friendly and helpful. The location and parking is great. Hotel needs updating, the lift is particularly bad. Breakfast was average. We stayed in a family room which had a double bed and bunk beds. Double bed was comfy, bunk beds need new mattresses. The bathroom was grubby and reminiscent of a hospital bathroom/scary film. If you get this at a cheap price and only stay one night then it will do the job.

Good Value for money at this economy hotel.

There are classier hotels in Eastbourne but none is better value for money. The basic essentials are all provided and the management and staff very attentive. Close to main theatres and about ten minutes walk to town centre shopping.

Not bad. Good for sleeping

Hotel was fine for what I needed but nothing special. Single Room very basic but good for sleep because it was tucked away in the hotel. Room very warm and no climate control except for opening the window. Luckily it wasn't too hot outside and it cooled soon after opening it. No specific hotel parking is really annoying in a place that really needs it. Last thing you need after a 4 hour drive is to scramble around looking for street spaces and trying not to get a ticket.

nice hotel with big rooms, close to the beach

The rooms offer plenty of space and we had a great view on the Pier from our window. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Never experienced such a quick and efficient check in before! Nice hotel offering good value for money.
