The hotel was very clean, but we hated the black and grey décor. It made the hotel very dark. It was so depressing. We knew the hotel was black on the outside, but hadn't realised it would be black inside.

The hotel was lovely and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It was a little bit farther from the airport then I thought, but they have a shuttle service that will take you to the airport. You just need to book your spot in advance. The hotel was within walking distance to the village of South Queensferry and made for a nice afternoon of site seeing.

We really liked the Dakota, however, one of the main reasons we booked there was because they advertised a shuttle to the Airport, and we had an early morning flight. We were informed by staff that there was no shuttle available, which was disappointing. When questioned, the staff member said that in the advertisement it says, "when available". The taxi cost $28 (taxi called by the hotel).

The Dakota was a well appointed place to visit. We liked the bar, the rooms were great and you can walk to a couple of restaurants if you need something different.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The air conditioning was efficient and the patking was very convenient. The hotel offers rides from and to the airport. The driver Craig was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

Room very clean and all amenities present. Looking a little tired since my last visit but still a lovely hotel. Service wasnt great. I walked into the bar and was told it was table service. I waited more than 8 minutes whilst 2 servers were chatting and standing around.A third server appeared and immediately served me. Apart from that everything else ran smoothly . I would choose this hotel again

The hotel and staff were excellent. The restaurant staff were attentive and the food was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, very modern, clean and well appointed. My only regret is that we only had one night to spend there and left very early to catch a plane. The hotel is not extremely close to the airport but the staff made sure to arrange a taxi for us the night before.
