We stayed here one night on a whistlestop tour of Scotland. If you're a golfer, this is your kind of place. For a travelling family probably not so much. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, the building and facilities were well presented but the signage in the corridors to help you navigate the property was very confusing and we got lost a few times. We did have a fire alarm go off but I was happy to see someone walking around with blankets to make sure that people were warm enough as there was a chill in the air.

Lovely location with a short drive into the city. The hotel itself is lovely on first approach, however the maze like corridors where the rooms are situated get tiresome. The amount of times we got lost finding our way to and from the leisure centre or dining rooms was ridiculous. Benefit of the leisure centre access was nice and the pool was lovely and warm. I don’t think as a family of three that we would stay again, for the price we will look elsewhere as I felt it didn’t live up to expectations.

Outstanding, would definitely go again. Staff are brilliant and provide a personal touch. The pool is superb, the breakfast is delicious, the scenery and grounds are amazing. Seriously I couldn’t fault a thing and would highly recommend.

Stunningly beautiful grounds. Wonderfully helpful staff at check-in point. Surprised to have a dirty cup on our breakfast table. Staff did not let guests finish their breakfast before they started helping themselves to the food. There's no problem at all that staff should of course also have their breakfast. However, it was very unprofessional and off putting to feel that we as guests were in their way. I believe that your service staff would benefit from training in customer service, especially in a resort of this status. No one was rude to us or anything like that. I am used to the highest level of professionalism in these types of hotels and having travelled 6 hours to get here, was rather underwhelmed by the breakfast experience in particular.

Great friendly staff - nothing was too much troubl

Lovely short break, the radiator in our room wouldnt turn off and made clanging noises in the night so the team upgraded our room. The new room was a 2 room apartment and we all had an amazing nights sleep in the end. Would highly reccommend this hotel, food and pool were outstanding. Mirrored dance studio was the icing on the cake.
