"Hotel was okay for a family holiday. There is no beach and the surrounding beaches are not usable due to sewage contamination. Pool area is lovely and the gardens are very nice. Public areas are nice, there is a small kids club hidden near lobby. The rooms are very dated, floors and walls very stained and dirty, and the mattresses old. Food was okay, lots of fresh fish which was nice. Not very much variety always, especially breakfast items always the same. Half board doesn’t include drinks. Pool bar is good. Area is quiet, but you can walk into town and to the animal park and surrounding restaurants etc. overall we had a nice holiday"

"Best Semirates HotelTeneriffa Espanja 4.11.-13.11.2024 Hotellin Täysihoidon ruokatarjonta buffeessa ei vastaa 5 tähteä oli lähempänä 3 tähteä. Buffeen ruoka oli mautonta, kastikkeet pitkässä liemessä ja ylikypsennettyä ruokaa. Jälkiruokabuffeessa illasta toiseen oli lähes samat makeat tarjottavat, kaiken kaikkiaan, vaikka hotellissa oli iltaisin eri ruokateemat, ei osattu toteutta yllätyksellistä kansainvälistä tarjoamaa ruokateemoissa, ei tehnyt vaikutusta meihin. Olimme aikaisemmin matkalla 3/2024 Playa del Inglesiin (Hotellissa Servatur Waikiki) Espanjassa alkuvuodesta, joka vastasi täysihoitomatkaltaan todella erinomaista ruokaa eri ruokateemoissa iltaisin ruokatarjoama oli huippuluokkaa ja maukasta yllätys momentin kera, suosittelen.
