For the price, I would definitely stay again. The room was a little dated, but clean (minor imperfections in bathroom/bedroom but nothing terrible). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Elevator sounded like it was going to break, our bathroom had hair still in the tub and floor, bathroom vent didn’t work. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in the tiniest bottles that they were a one time use type of bottle(sample bottle). Last night that we were there, the people next to us had there kids running and jumping up and down the hall and in their room until 1am.

The hotel was nice. Seemed clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was OK. Our room was nice. Could use a few decorations and a few more toiletries. Our toilet seat was loose. The electrical cover in the bathroom was cracked but other than that it was a two night day that worked out fine for us. Pool and exercise room look nice as well convenient right off the Thruway.

This hotel was very dog friendly we were very comfortable was amazed how many dogs were there when we stayed and how quiet it was with all the dogs the rooms were clean and staff was friendly the breakfast was an added bonus very good I would most definitely stay here again oh and the price was very reasonable

Overall the hotel was nice. The rooms were clean and even the continental breakfast was good for a continental. Beds were actually comfortable not many hotel beds are.

The beds were not good. One was so bad it was hard to stay on it. They told us they would replace the mattress but they didnt. My daughter had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep. They said at check out the mgr would call me but didn't I called back later in the day and again they said he was busy and he would call before end of day but didn't. Neither matress was good but the one was terrible. It hurt me so bad I was in tears. It hurt my back, hip and legs and made them numb. The night desk person was vaping in the elevator. I think we deserve a refund. If you look we have used Wyndham once a month the ladt 3 month.

The room was dirty, the air conditioner didn't work and they would not move us to another room or refund our money. It was so hot and miserable that we ended up just leaving and going home. All the other hotels within our price range was booked, so we packed up and went home

Hotel was clean, room was clean enough. We had 2 small children in the room and our window was broken (shattered with glass out of the 1st layer) we told the front desk and she said ok she would mark it down that it was broken prior. The whole trip we had to keep the littles away from the window. The pool was very cloudy and cold. Breakfast was minimal. Eggs, cereal. Biscuits, sausage gravy, waffles.

Disappointed

Asked for extra pillows and was given one at check-in rather than left in room. Room barely clean upon arrival. Felt dirt in carpet. Filthy, clouded windows. Mold in shower and under sink. Furniture askew. (where is guide for TV?) Noisy and inconsistent A/C. Had to ask for more shampoo due to one small tuber for 2 people. Not cleaned or replenished first full day there while we were at pool. Request made 2nd day for room to be cleaned while we were out. Needed clean towels, toilet paper and soap. Gone 5+ hours. Key cards deleted requiring visit to front desk. Room untouched. Another trip to front desk. Had to leave while taken care of. Elevator floor dirty most of day. POOL: filters not running. Couldn't even see feet in 3 feet of water. No restroom in pool area. BREAKFAST: Powdered eggs, overcooked rubber sausage, sour waffle mix. Staff was nice but not knowledgeable. Nearly every question about area involved them doing a computer search. No flyers for activities in lobby.
