Where do I start? Room was already paid for but when checking in the young boy they had working decided to go ahead and change my card a second time! There goes some of my spending money for my family vacation! Because of course it takes 3-5 business days for my money to be put back on my debit card! Kids were excited to go swimming in the pool! Unfortunately I was unsure of what diseases they would contract if we let them swim in the cloudy filthy water. You couldn't even see the second stair the water was so murky! So there went that perk of the hotel. Other patrons walking around barefoot during the free breakfast! I will say the frozen biscuits they had were probably the best part of our stay! Those and the packets of Nutella and hot sauce! You get what ya pay for I suppose!

A very large room , the bed was comfortable. The bathroom could be upgraded but the towels were new, refrigerator and microwave were a plus I will definitely stay again.

I don't know why ppl are giving this hotel a bad review. Our stay was pleasant, staff was accommodating. The guy that checked us in acted bored but I'm thinking that's just a teen's attitude and i certainly don't blame the hotel. The bed was a little too firm for me but that's just a personal preference. Nothing seemed outdated to me. Pool was freezing but at least it was open lol. Bring your own towels for the pool, the ones that have a very small, almost child sized. Id stay again.

I received a text that allowed me to check in before arrival. The young man at the front desk, from what I could understand since he mumbled every word, put me through the entire check in process. So there was no point in early check in.

I was put in a disabled room. My door was next to the ice machine instead of in the hallway. Wallpaper was peeling and discolored. A/C was hard to control.

Check in was terrible. The room was not ready we were told ten minutes and 30 minutes later it was not ready. Elevator floor was dirty with paw prints consistently. The pool look awful very cloudy.

Close to peach street exit so it’s near restaurants gas stations and shopping. Phone in room did not work. Pool was small and crowded but it was functioning and opened. Room had a faint smell. You can tell it’s not a newer hotel. For the price it isn’t horrible.

There were 3 adults and five children in two rooms. Our end of Summer blast vacation. We spent our day in Waldameer then spent the night in La Quinta. We were promptly greeted and checked in within a matter of 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly! Our rooms were very clean. Complimentary breakfast was warm and there was a variety of food for everyone. Location was ideal. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family stay. I would give it 5 star rating.

For the price, I would definitely stay again. The room was a little dated, but clean (minor imperfections in bathroom/bedroom but nothing terrible). The staff was very friendly and helpful.
