The ground floor apartment with its own garden is located in a residential complex consisting of 250 apartments, duplex penthouses and luxury townhouses in Mediterranean style. The complex is located in a unique location between the sea and the golf courses, near the world-famous Puerto Banus port on the Costa del Sol, Spain.
The complex is located on a small hill just a few minutes walk to the sea and is ideally located surrounded by various golf courses, one of which is right on the doorstep of the complex and offers you excellent conditions for playing golf, tennis, including pool and spa services.
Security 24 hours, high-tech video surveillance system at all entrances and entrances to the complex, all houses have a Smart House system. This system allows you to control music and video throughout the house, adjust the temperature in the house, open and close the blinds - all with a convenient and easy-to-use control panel.
The interior decoration of houses is made in accordance with high standards and equipped with the following equipment:

You will like it, because in my housing there is a comfortable bed and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary. The complex has a communal large swimming pool. My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children) and large groups.
