More good than bad.

The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was plentiful and hot. My bed in room 230 was VERY firm though. Maybe it was the luck of the draw. I prefer a softer bed but some don't. The bathroom fan motor was siezed and just let out a hum. I meant to tell the desk but forgot. Everything else was top notch.

Great front desk service! As usual in my experience, Holiday Inn Express employees always deliver! The rooms are always spotless, and well-appointed , the beds comfortable, always a nice warm shower and a great breakfast after a good night’s rest.
