The walls were so thin and it felt like the people next door were in my room my room I was on the ground floor and there was some sort of animal running back-and-forth all night in the room above me. A shower didn't work in the morning.

No breakfast, uncomfortable beds

The outside looks very nice, but inside is run down. One of the biggest things no breakfast avaliable. I will not stay here again. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom has very little counter and no shelves under the sink for items Very unhandy. I bought 1 bottle of water and 1 lemonade and it was $5.50

Although I had to cut my stay short for personal reasons, everything went well. The room was very spacious and clean. It did take a while for the hot water to warm up, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Felicia was amazing and very friendly. I was able to check in early, which was a big plus for me. I’ll definitely be staying again in the future.

The toiletries -shampoo, conditioner, shower gel - were too high; made it difficult to assess for short people. Might want to lower it somewhat. Need to install double-apne, noise reduction windows in the rooms facing the freeway; sound of traffic was annoying and did not make for quiet rest. Other than that the property was excellent. Enjoyed the convenience of the microwave and fridge in the room.

The hotel itself was clean and looked very nice but the bed was very uncomfortable. For that reason alone I will not stay there again. The staff was very professional and nice though and the room was very nice and clean.

Staff was super friendly, very welcoming and helpful. Shower handle kept spinning around so it was hard to tell which way was hot or cold. Windows were dirty brown inside but other than that, clean room. Someone was shooting a music video right outside our window which was odd but they were done by the time we were ready for bed at least. Bed was super comfy though.
