I had to wait 45 minutes for check in because I used Expedia which was very frustrating. And I'm top of that I was made to give $100 deposit. My towels were dirty, the facility seemed under staffed. I suggest that two reps be at check in, the kids seemed lost. Throw away day old food, it's not up to staff to judge if it's good or not. We can tell. Get packaged ketchup. Invest in covered containers over the buffet and if you're going to sit ketchup out and milk and water in pitchers use lids. Since pets are allowed please don't allow guest to carry their pets on their hip around the breakfast buffet, you don't know who may be allergic and no one wants a dog drooling over their food

Overall it was good for one night. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was clean. The fridge smelled a little musty but we only stored bottled water Convenient to the soccer complex. Lots of dining options nearby.

I really wanted to like this place. I cancelled my reservation at the Sleep In in ofallon because I think of the Radisson as classy. Our firstbathroom use and there was black hairs in the bathtub. I let that go but I woke up the next morning and there were ants around my purse. We were in a hurry to leave so I left that along. We came back last that night and turned the light on and there was a roach in their carpeted wall. You can see the smash prints from the other bugs. We left early the next day. The breakfast area is not big enough for everyone to sit. We are in our room and that is why there bugs cause they don't clean u til the 3rd day of your trip. We could t get a waffle because there was a line for the waffle machine. The only thing pleasant was the pool.

If you like leaky ceilings

The stay started out fine, but then the ceiling started leaking in the middle of the night and the dripping kept us up. It was too late to move rooms and we tried to get as much sleep as we could before driving 14 hours the next day. Not happy with this hotel at all and would not recommend.

The "bar tender" is a joke - he didn't know how to make a margerita and didn't have ice at the bar...I think he was not really a bar tender and was just filling in. The room (really the entire hotel) has a musty smell and it did not feel clean. The bathtub faucet was leaking and there was a scum ring in the tub. We booked two nights, but left after the first night and went to a different hotel. I don't know if Radisson would be proud of this property. However, Rosa was very friendly and did her best to accomodate our needs.
