I booked this because of reviews. Our first room had an issue with air conditioning and they promptly got us into another room. The lobby is very pretty. Some rooms have balconies onto the central area. Perhaps it would be noisy if there were a lot of bookings, but we found it very pleasant. The staff were very helpful

The pool and hot tubs were overcrowded. They were at max capacity the entire stay so we were unable to use them. The room had a lot of items broke in it and the air conditioning was not working properly. The beds were also not comfortable.
