All was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Wish there had been an end table on both sides of the bed. We needed an outlet on the other side with no end table and not having one was a problem for us and our devices.

Had several stains on carpets, but beds were clean, bathroom had a lot of dirt around the shower n toilet, counter was clean. Had to leave to different deposits, never have to elsewhere, the deposits combined cost almost twice as much as my stay, will not be returning to that location due to the multiple deposits

I always get worried when a hotel is a little dated. But this place was awesome! Clean, comfortable and three hot tubs in the courtyard of the hotel. It was awesome!

Staff used adjoining room to watch TV and forgot to shut it off. The TV was at high volume all night until I called the front desk. The reason I know it was staff is they were the last ones I saw in the room and the front desk stated there should not be noise coming from the room as noone was staying there. I had a 6hr drive the next day with no sleep. That was the last day of our stay. We stayed 3 nights. The bed was past a warranty with a huge dip in the mattress. I sell mattresses for a living and know for a fact the mattress is expired and defective. I also booked a King Suite with a fireplace and our room did not have a fireplace. After the second night we woke up and our keys didn't work for our room. The staff had deactivated our key cards. (most likely due to having us in the wrong room) The "Hot Breakfast", was anything but hot. It was freezing cold. This was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Staff seems to do the minimum and doesn't tend to the breakfast to make sure it is fresh throughout the hours they are serving it. All-in-all this was one of the worst stays I've had anywhere.

The room was dusty, there is a sign that states the room has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your stay and won’t b cleaned throughout your stay unless it’s 3 nights or more. There was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and no extra. We used to stay at this hotel all the time. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place was always clean. The only person we encountered that was super nice this time around was the woman who put on the breakfast.
