Staff was exceptional. We had an issue with the wrong room being reserved because of using Expedia. Staff Members Kim and Jeri took a bad situation and quickly turned it into a positive. They were very understanding and helpful.

They did not have breakfast like advertised and check out was 11 and not 12 like advertised. Front desk lady seemed annoyed when i asked for extra bedding and a trash bag.

Okay, but not the best

Room service was available after two days’ stay. Fine with me. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Water pressure was real low in the shower. The flapper was broken in the toilet so I had to open the lid and manually place the flapper on the drain hole. Maintenance was not available over the weekend to get a new flapper. I thought about going to Lowe’s and buying one myself but I decided against that for a couple of reasons. I really thought the hotel would give us a discount of some sort. This is my second time in two months we’ve used this hotel, and sadly it probably will be our last. It was no fault of the staff. They were great.

Good but it could be better with little improvemen

I’m not sure if they offer room service because there was no tag placed on our door one way or another. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low. There was no glass tray in the microwave. But it’s like they have a mini kitchen which is great. It was very clean and a friendly staff. We are scheduled to go there again in July.
