Perfect for shopping and so many food options. This was the first time I was ever on the first floor and it was FANTASTIC. Cody checked us in and explained everything to us and was just outright fantastic. He was so pleasant and airy and the PERFECT person. DEFINITELY will come back so long as Cody is here. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that did not provide any water in the room, no tea or coffee, and not even during breakfast. There wasn’t a single bottle of water available, which is very disappointing for a Hilton-branded hotel. Basic amenities were missing, and the stay did not meet expectations.

We loved the spotless room, and the great dispensers with hand soap, hand lotion, shampoo and conditioner, and the really courteous staff. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a little coffee maker in the room!
