Enjoy a well-deserved family vacation in this fabulous country house in Felanitx. It features a refreshing private pool, barbecue, and a large porch to make the most of the Mediterranean weather.

The exteriors of this magnificent country house are perfect for enjoying the good weather on the island. Surrounded by lush vegetation, the property offers a beautiful private chlorine pool measuring 7 x 4 meters with a constant depth of 1.7 meters. The sun loungers around ensure a nice tan accompanied by the chirping of birds. At the end of the day, the barbecue is the best plan to enjoy the porch next to the house. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The house, styled in traditional fashion, is spread over two floors and has all the amenities for a perfect stay. Upon entering, we find the dining room with an integrated kitchen, where we can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace on cold days, satellite TV, and delicious dishes cooked on the ceramic hob. Still, on the first floor, we have 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. Another bathroom with a shower completes this floor. On the first floor, we have the other three bedrooms with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom each. It is worth noting that the dining room, as well as all the bedrooms, have air conditioning with a heat pump. Additionally, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are traveling with your baby.

The property is located between Felanitx and Portocolom, in a quiet area surrounded by fields and forest. In the village, just 6 km away, you will find all the necessary services for your stay such as supermarkets, bars, or restaurants. Portocolom, 8 km away, offers you the summer atmosphere, the wonderful beach, and more sun from the Mediterranean. You can also visit other charming places like Cala d'Or, Porto Petro, or Cala Mondragó. And if one day you feel like playing golf, you can practice your favorite sport at the nearest course, which is 6.9 km away.

- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
