Fort Collins visit

Clean, comfortable room. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Pool looked nice but my husband said it was realy cold so I didn't go in Coffee was never hot in the morning but that's a minor thing. Would definitely stay here again.

We were greeted cordially by the front desk clerk. We badly needed quarters for the guest washer and driver but she did not have any on hand. Having dragged a U Haul trailer 1300 miles across numerous states and the fact that it was almost 10 PM, we were too exhausted to go to gas stations ect hoping to find quarters. The room was clean but the television Would Not Work. The front desk clerk said that no one was available to help with the television and she was not able to leave her post unattended. We are not jerks and understand that she could not. It was Extremely Annoying not to be able to unwind with the television and to not be able to wash our clothes. The breakfast was exceptional I have to say. Fixings for a delicious breakfast burritos and even red skin potatoes. Waffle was delicious. Real Philadelphia Cream Cheese for my husband's bagels. They were super kind about my husbands service dog and did not charge extra to have her with us. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and welcoming. Quiet night and comfortable would stay here again but bring quarters.

We stay there frequently and overall it's a good place to stay. The maintenance has been spotty lately with auto door closers not working, closet doors off tracks, security devices not working, etc. Just minor issues that should be fixed as part of the hotel upkeep.

When I first walked in to my room, there was a dirty balled up towel in the corner of the room on the outside. Sheets on bed were dirty, and I had trouble sleeping because I could hear noises through the walls into other rooms as well as outside. I left at around 1am because I was having a hard time sleeping.

Nice, but basic hotel.

We stayed here for a medical procedure that needed to be done in a nearby hospital. There was nothing specifically wrong with the hotel, other than the curtains didn't close very well, to shield the early morning light. The breakfast was very nice. The one thing I thought odd was that they while close to a hospital, they didn't have any type of wheelchair for guests to use, should they be there for care.

Under renovation

Check in was easy. The room was decent. You could tell it was renovated. No carpet in the room which was nice. However, there were a lot of little things. First the closet door was just leaning in the closet. There was no toilet paper holder. The mirror was hung but not level on the wall. There was also a hold in the wall. They still had construction going on Saturday morning in the room next to ours however they did not start until 9am which was nice. It was overall a good stay.
