All of the above. Bad. bug crawling up the wall. Called front desk for bug spray, she said they had none. so I asked if someone could come up with broom & knock the bug down & kill it She said no because she couldn't leave the desk, However, when I came right down for broom she was outside smoking.Dirty towels ugh... Never again will we stay here....

The hotel is outdated and needs work. The elevator stopped working! We were on the 4th floor and my husband had to take 5 trips up and down the stairs☹️ The bed was nice and firm with no dips😁 Not the best area but you can get to many places quickly from the location. Front staff helpful.

The bathroom seem not cleaned there was a used soap bar on the tub open wrap gone. Shower floor mat was already wet toilet paper wrap on the floor behind toilet After removing blankets fitted sheet had stain that resembled body fluids Will never stay here again have pics of everything

Wow. The amount of things I could say that were wrong with this hotel. Cockroaches, screaming/fighting customers, dirty floors, dirty linen, gross all around. Don’t walk barefoot or in socks on the carpet unless you want them to be stained black. Also don’t let free breakfast fool you. The only thing I felt safe eating was the bananas and they only had them on our last day staying there. We had to stay here bc NYE everything was booked but honestly I wish I would have slept in my car if I wasn’t worried about being robbed in their parking lot. Just don’t stay here. You will regret it. Also elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor so that was fun. The elevator also had an outdated inspection. The smell of this place should be your first sign. Might be growing Marijuana there too or the customer base.

Staff was very friendly, no complains at all on that aspect, but property was very disappointing. Entrance doors were very dirty, elevator as well. First room given, tv was not working and didn’t have a phone in it, next room didn’t have a coffee maker, an Iron board, no fridge and the curtains were broken, not being able to close them.

The parking area, lobby and room was very clean, breakfast in the morning, the staff is very nice. They are renovating so I was in an upgraded room! The staff there are very nice. I called before booking because im severly allergic to mold and Vali ensured me there was no mold and Claudette helped me out by making sure my room was mold free as well. Thank you so much
