Great location, nice pool area, lau dry on site, good kitchenette ware. However, poor bed linen and horrible sleeping sofa bed. No towels daily exchange but only twice per week. No tea bags in the room, only once coffee packet.

Loved that we were right on the beach! We were a little disappointed that our rooms were not ready in time and that we were all not on the same floor like we were initially told. The Broadwalk was within in walking distance and definitely a plus for the location and activities.

The amenities and room was not really clean. You can tell things were not really wiped down in the bathroom upon first entering in. The hair dryer still had past food stain or oil residues on the handle, so we had to wipe it down before using it . The heat thermometer for the work also did not work, we kept turning it on and only cold air blew out all night, so we ended up just turning it off completely to avoid the cold air, so the room was just damp and muggy/not a clean feel to it. I was going to call the front desk but we didn’t have time to entertain and wait for them, as it was late. We wanted to sleep and prepare for our adventures the next day

The property’s entrance wasn’t finished. The room had a leak. The sheets had hair on them. I had to switch the room but had the same issue with sheets. The pool is nice and the hotel conveniently located to the beach.

2 1/2 miles of restaurants, shopping and beaches without driving anywhere. Hotel was clean. People were helpful. We had one surprise that may be attributed to Expedia. There's a parking fee per night that no one told us was coming. It's definitely not a bad price for parking, it just would have been nice to know.

The room was great. The location was superb. Close to everything on the boardwalk, but far enough to be away from the noise. There was a security guard on staff and the place was clean. I would come here again!
