Hollywood Beach Tower's convenient poolside grill was excellent for breakfast, lunch & drinks! HBT is great walkable location with pool, spa, beach and nearby restaurants & bars! Truly enjoyable all around experience at this property!

No muy bien. Estuvimos sin elevador casi un día entero y estábamos en el piso 11 , nos cerraron la piscina una tarde entera , la puerta de salida para la playa no la podíamos utilizar porque la llave no funcionaba

The clerk , named Agustin , according to him , was a terrible one . After we were given a wrong room , he said “ there was nothing he could do to fix the mistake “ ,…. But to be honest , the manager came down , after our request and fixed the problem.

The property was not clean in the room and at the pool area for two days, I cool used the pool because someone decated in the pool, and was my porpouse of my trip, I should need reembolse. The bed close was terrible, etc.

The first night they gave me a small room instead of the Suite I was suppose to get , later the next day they said that , "that is what Expedia sent them ". So I called Expedia and they contacted the place and at about 1 PM they changed my room for the Suite acknowledging their mistake . I lost one whole day not enjoying and using the Suite and I had to eat out instead of being able to make something in the Suite , they should refund part of the stay !!!
