Quick stay as we were leaving for a cruise in the morning. Hotel is convenient to port. The car garage is $35 and the spots are small and tight and there’s a column when you enter so it’s really challenging with a minivan or anything bigger. Breakfast was plenty of food. Bedding needs to be better. Thin sheet and no blanket. Felt like no cover at all. Request blankets if you get cold. Mattress was comfy and room clean. Good for an overnight stay.

We did a really late check-in after a long day of travel just needing a quick stay. The shower was nasty and my fiancé was too tired to notice it until she looked down right before rinsing off. Upon checkout I was never asked how was my stay. Just a thank you and we emailed your receipt. I then mentioned the dirty shower to staff and she recommended I email the property with the pictures I took. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten a response, apologies or any further accommodation.
Shampoo residue I’m assuming that we didn’t use.

Rooms had significant wear and tear, particularly the remote control curtains were very beat up, and one of them didn't even work properly. The bathroom shower curtain was also not the cleanest and the shower floor also looked dirty. The showerhead hose was functional but broken, the bathroom door didnt close all the way and the lock didn't work as well. Also, the door looked pretty scratched and beat up. Our room was large and comfortable for 5 people, I'll give them that but for almost $300 for 1 night, I'd expect the rooms to be as close to pristine as possible. The worst part, my 2-year-old went under the bed and found one of those plastic pop-top balls used to stash drugs like marihuana and a used can of N2O, making me think someone was also doing whippets in the room. Cleanliness is DEFINITELY not a strong-willed of this place. Would not recommend ever.

Overall, we had a good experience with a nice complimentary breakfast. However, we noticed the room was in a worse condition than during our previous visit 3 years ago. Also, it took us a while to get sheets/blankets and stuff for the pullover since we were travelling with our adult kids.

I felt that the rooms were not cleaned well. Each time we had service we didnt have enough towels. The floors were never cleaned. One morning at breakfast, while waiting for pancakes to finish cooking in the machine, the lady came out and turned off the machine because the breakfast time was up. I showed her the pancakes were almost done. I had already been waiting in line for 15 minutes. She didnt care, I felt that was so rude, that was the last day I went for breakfast. I was so embarrassed. The front desk staff was always very kind and helpful.

The property itself is updated & clean. The pillows felt like bags full of foam bits: no support at all. The hot water for tea was usually empty: both in the lobby & at breakfast. The key cards malfunctioned frequently.
