The staff was cooperative and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean comfortable beds. The kitchen was well organized with a refrigerator and microwave etc. All in all, there were many amenities to be appreciated.

Key to my room did not work for the entirety of my stay. The door itself was also damaged. They said it will be fixed or I’ll get another room assigned. Neither happened. I had to ask maintenance every time I needed to get into my room, which essentially confined me to that space. Every time I asked, I was given excuses. Cleaning Crew never showed up. Never received new towels, body wash, shampoo or lotion. Bed sheets were never changed nor was the bed ever made or trash taken out. I will never stay there again and would advise anyone to never consider this hotel as an option.

irst Night – Serious Hygiene and Room Issues: I checked in at 8:00 PM. Shortly after, I went to the front desk to request towels and was instructed to go to an employee room across from room 122. I went there twice, but no one was present. There was also no hairdryer available in the room, including after I showered. More concerning, I observed roaches in the room—on the coffee maker and several on the floor. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable. I dealt with these problems continuously from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, which was time meant for rest after check-in.

We left right after we got there! Room had no curtain facing parking lot on 1st floor, no phone, no towels, no remote, no chairs or table just mini fridge unattached and sideways unplugged, the space for hanging clothes and accessories was completely empty, and last BUT NOT LEAST THERE WAS A BIG CRAWLING ON BED. SO NASTY - and they had the nerve to require a $100 additional deposit for a one night stay for incidentals!! Pictures online aren’t current either.

Room had no towels, the room was ok, kind of beat up. Our journey to the room was long with a lot of different unpleasant smells. We woke up with a roach climbing on the bed too. Hotel looks great on pictures but it really wasn’t it. I stayed for one night so overall it was alright.
