CUTR LOCAL HOTEL! EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. IT IS VERY CLOSE TO. THE BEACH AND THE LITTLE DOWNTOWN AREA. EVERYTHING IS IN WALKING DISTANCE! WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!

Well first of all although it is close to the beach the beach itself isn’t the cleanest bad smell. There is no staff on hand ever my entire 7 day stay. The washing machine cycle took 1.5 hours. During Friday night into sat morning people were having RELATIONS in the pool until 4am! The staff do not keep their word. I called before I even left on my vacation to confirm something just to find out the day before we were checking out that I was given the WRONG info and NOT accomodated. I won’t recommend this place to anyone and I will not be back

This property was beautiful. The pool was perfect. The apartment is clean. The staff text you and is very responsive. I stayed here because the property across the street was so disgusting. I really appreciate the hospitality and the beautiful space. I paid to stay somewhere else, but would not stay there for free thank you.

I loved it. Very convenient, quiet and clean. There was no staff around during my stay plus, I never had housekeeping clean my room . I never even seen any housekeepers. The property had everything needed for a quiet stay. I will be going back as soon as possible.

Our go to hotel in Deerfield Beach

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay very much - our first time. The amenities were very good, the pool area is very nice and the location is perfect. It was quiet and we always felt safe. You can walk to the best beach restaurants and leave your car parked at the hotel since there is no such thing as free parking in Deerfield Beach. Both Carolyn and Tonya (office) were very nice, both in person and via text. Good value as well. Nothing bad to say about Tropic Isle.

I want to say thank you to Carolyn and the staff. They went out of the way to accommodate me by helping me surprise my husband by decorating our room for our anniversary! The room was immaculate, additional requests were immediately met. Location to the beach and restaurants literally around the corner from the resort. We will certain stay with them again. I have already recommended them to several friends!

Everything was very nice except one thing. When you get to be older you need more light. A better light bulb in the kitchen would have really helped. even with the light sticks way too dark for a kitchen.. Everything was great. Might stay there again if I could what i was eating

Beautiful Beach side Boutique Motel

Awesome Beach side boutique motel. One block from the ocean. We had the large 1 bedroom suite (17) with full kitchen. Modern/updated and cozy! This is my go to place when we have to travel for work. Check in process was simple and quick communication was via text. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated the outdoor shower for after the beach. Minor annoyance was construction noise. Also would have appreciated if there was a sponge for dishes. Dish soap was provided but no sponge. And would have liked tissues in the bathroom. Overall great experience!!
