On arrival the desk clerk was not at all welcoming. The room was clean. However I wanted a bath and the plug didn't work. So I called reception and someone mended it reasonably quickly. However at that time of day the water was not hot enough for a bath. We decided not to have breakfast in the hotel, which was probably a good idea since we later met someone in the elevator who volunteered how bad it was and how the management was clearly not on the ball We also decided not to get the shuttle to the cruise port, as it was cheaper and more convenient to get an Uber.

We received no Free Breakfast. The person at the text said it wasn' t part of our package. The area be the front desk is not nice and not to Windham Standard. They played awful rap music. I questioned the people at the desk they said they liked the music. These people acted like they were the customer!
