The hotel is in like-new condition. Spotlessly clean. Sterile. Very comfortable bed. Nice block-out shades for a dark room. Exceeded my expectations.

Decent place to stay

Decent place to stay. Room and bathroom seemed dark to me, even with all lights on. Had to turn them on individually and still dim. Beds good. Ample space. Romper room started about 10 pm but i am a deep sleeper so not a problem for me. Mostle a desolate location on the outskirts of a small desert town. Convenient to I-10.

Great location, pet friendly and nice kitchen for the once we have special diet. This time the plates, glasses and spuns were dirty and outside a gang of street dogs didnt let my dog to walk outside.

There was no carpet anywhere so the rooms are like echo Chambers. The couple next to me stayed at party until 2 AM. The ignorant cleaners who cleaned the room didn’t reset the alarm clocks and my alarm went off at 3:30 in the morning and I just left at 4 o’clock. I just drove off

A great hotel

This hotel was a very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. It was one of the better hotels that I have stayed at. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Close but no cigar

The hotel itself, the staff need to improve their people skills. I arrived at about 7pm on Wednesday the 19th of February. The front clerk was not friendly. No welcome and i could barely here him. You need to project your voice if your going to work the front desk. He didn't ask me if i was going to pay with the credit card i made my reservation with, he just assumed I was. I was planning on paying with cash. In the morning there was spilled coffee in the hall way by the breakfast area. I brought it to the young lady in the front desk and told her it was a slipping hazard. I went back up to my room. Then thirty minutes later the coffee was still spilled on the floor.

Nice hotel in a not so nice area

The hotel itself is new and very nice. It’s well kept and the service people at the front desk are kind and helpful. The food is fine for traveling and it’s very conveniently located. The area around the hotels, however, is desolate, rundown, and potentially unsafe. The hotel is on the opposite side of the freeway from most of the dining and stores.
