My booking was for 2 adults and 3 children for a Saturday night. Upon check in, I was told my hotel booking was only for two adults and was given a king bed with a single chaise (not couch). We had no room service. Had to call for towels, bed was not changed, trash was not removed and the room was not vacuum. The hallway on 3rd floor was dirty and the ice machine did not work on the 3rd floor.

Check in and out was very easy. Lobby was very clean and inviting. The room was a nice size and very clean. Coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator were available in room and very convenient.

Very clean, rooms were decent size, bed was soft, sheets were 10/10. Complaints were that I could vividly hear the person above me blow dry their hair. Gym equipment felt old despite the hotel being relatively new. Would stay again though!
