My stay was great. If I have to write one negative aspect, it would be that when I went to my room, the air conditioner was not in its place. There was just a hole in the wall. When the maintenance guys knocked, I was already exhausted and getting ready to nap, I didn’t want to open the door but in the end, I opened the door and they were kind and installed the ac. I didn’t have to bring it to anyone’s attention but I also wasn’t made aware that the ac was going to be installed later. It would have been nice to get a heads up. But overall stay was good. The beds are AMAZINGLY comfortable and I slept better than I’d slept in a long time.

The power got completely knocked out and the manager wasn’t on site. They left a young woman there all by herself to deal with all the customers. She was great but not equipped to deal with such a stressful situation. I texted the number I got when I checked in to ask what was going on, got told to wait a little bit for information, then never heard anything else.

Love Country Inn & Suites

We always stay at Country Inn & Suites in Ft. Worth because it is conveniently located. We love Rashan the Bus driver. He's always so kind and helpful. We were in room 121 and the handle on the door was broken, so it made it hard to get in our room at times. Other than that, all was good.
