I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this Holiday Inn. The cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards. The bathtub had visible stains, and there were what appeared to be blood splatters in the corner of the restroom, which was extremely unsettling and unsanitary. For a hotel brand that typically maintains good quality, this was very surprising. I expected a clean and comfortable room, but unfortunately that was not the experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the housekeeping issues so future guests don’t have the same problem.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and basic. The tub/shower fixtures could use an upgrade, but worked fine. The biggest issue was the hot water supplying the toilet, which caused some condensation, we were there for a short stay so didn’t want to deal with any maintenance.
