This was a terrible experience. When we arrived, we were asked to self check-in, which we did. The key we received was for a room where the bed sheets were covered in hair. The bathroom was also in a disgusting state. We immediately asked to change rooms, and they gave us another one — but again, the bed sheets had hair all over them. It was late at night, and we were too tired to leave the hotel, so we requested clean sheets and ended up changing them ourselves. This is by far the most unhygienic and disappointing hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Super convenient location for the train station

Very convenient location right opposite Frankfurt Main Station. Modern hotel, well appointed. Could have done with better pillows and more effective aircon. Had a bit of an issue with staff over the lack of a bath mat in the bathroom, which was sorted eventually, but not quickly enough. Bathroom is small but fine, and a generously sized shower.

Property was nice and clean inside, However lots of homeless people and drug users outside and round the back of the property. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t go back. Our bathroom also smelled of sewage.

Our room may not have been spacious, but it was compact and modern style (decor and furniture). Their self-check-in system was a royal pain. We had to get help and if he had handled it from the beginning, we would have been checked in in half the time.

Conveniently located and comfortable stay.

Was in Frankfurt for a conference. The location is super convenient and the stay and breakfast great! The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, but now fridge. The area around the station is rough at night, making the hotel a great oasis to relax and rest. The parking is a hassle and expensive at the train station and a long way to carry suitcases. Will probably stay here again.

We chose this hotel because of its location, and it didn’t disappoint. It’s right across the street from the train station, which made our travel plans much easier. If you're looking for a convenient stopover with easy access to transportation, this is a great option.
