The room we had was very nice, pool was nice and complimentary breakfast was good, but when we arrived to the hotel I was very worried due to the appearance of the outside windows and curtains with holes in them as well as broken blinds. I decided to see how the room was and it was great. Once I was inside the hotel I could see that it was under renovations.

It wasn’t as it seemed in the pictures, dark, dingy and grubby. On site restaurant tried to pass of a menu item as something it wasn’t and then argued when we pulled them up about it. Wouldn’t be staying here again, one to avoid especially if you have a family.

This property is in desperate need of repair and updates. The first room they put us in the toilet was so wobbly I almost fell when I tried to use it. They moved us to another room. I booked a room for 5 people and arrived to a room for 4. They did bring in a rollaway but don't say you accommodate 5 when you really don't. The kids went to the pool and my daughters boyfriend sliced his foot on a broken shot glass that was in the pool. When I contacted the front desk they did next to nothing. I went down to get some first aid supplies and they had a few small bandaids and that was it. They never sent someone to close the pool or check in to things. When I called the front desk again to see if someone was coming to the pool they said they were reviewing tapes. That does not help the people currently in the pool, including children. So my kids let everyone else know and my son swam around collecting as many pieces of glass as he could find. It was just an awful experience.
