Staff check in and out were great, room was clean as well as bathroom. Towels were soft but not horrible. The photos of the bed online were very misleading. I was expecting soft and comfy i got hard amd could kinda feel the springs..heater worked great. So over all i give it a 4 outa 5.. beds comfortability is everything.
