Great hotel near Sequoia National Forest!

This hotel was a great place to stay near the Sequoia National Forest. It is about a 45 minute drive to get to the entrance of the park and was an easy drive. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of space. Breakfast was also great with lots of options to choose from. The only thing we had trouble with was finding parking later in the evening after getting back to the hotel. There are spaces reserved for Comfort Inn, however, those were full when we came back we think due to an event being held at the convention center. We were still able to find parking in the garage, but we had to go up higher, so we wish there were potentially more reserved spots for hotel guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would come back again!

Property was nice and staff was great. The horribly loud garbage truck that came through the alley under our room woke us up 2/2 mornings, super early, and we actually felt the room shake when the truck went through. If you're an early bird and wake up before 6am, I guess you would be fine with it.

Always a good stay. Staff is kind and on top of it. At the core it's a pretty standard hotel. But it is clean, Quiet, friendly, and close to downtown and the movie theater. And right on the corner is a pretty decent sandwich shop.

Honest review from an honest person

Surprisingly, this chain hotel in this small not fancy town was above our expectations. Very clean, not outdated, very well maintained, easily accessible, large rooms, lights, 2 large screen TVs, bathroom- all in place and operating, all very clean, NO SMELLS. The only imperfections was the low water pressure in the shower, mand the breakfast- the menu is minimalistic and unappetizing: I am not interested in pork patties or sausages with tasteless scrambled eggs from susbstitutes. Thermosed hot coffee, sugary juices, no fresh fruits except apples. There were many international visitors and I felt embarrassed for my country, as the equal class hotels overseas offer much better variety and higher quality of breakfast items. Other than that- great hotel, pleasant stay and I totally recommend it.

Perfect location, good value

The room was specious and very comfortable. The Inn is conveniently located near excelent coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. The surrounding area was vibrant, safe and nice for an evening stroll. The only markdown for me was the dirty windows - the unit was very clean.

Great hotel with large, clean room and location.

Comfort Suites in Visalia was a great place to stay. Ended up with a very large room with a separate searing area with a comfortable pull out couch.

If you want sleep do NOT stay here! We had music blaring at our second floor window until 1:00 in the morning.sounded like street performers right outside our window. We were told it was a bar and that there was really nothing they could do for us except offer earplugs. I asked for a different room and was told there weren’t any available, but then an hour later when I was at the desk getting earplugs there were new guests just finishing checking in. I ask for a refund considering there would we little or no sleep happening and was told there was nothing she could do. So aggravating. Also the automatic motion lights turning on in th whole place any time you get up to use the bathroom are a joke. There needs to be some way to completely turn those off so you don’t wake up others guests in the room. The whole hotel smells like overuse of bathroom spray that’s trying to cover up musty mildew smell.
