The property accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking generous space and comfort. On the main level, the villa features a spacious living and dining room with direct access to the terrace, alongside a fully equipped kitchen and a separate WC. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the lower ground floor, the 4 bedrooms are arranged as follows: 1 room with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 3 rooms each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and enjoy direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
