The perfect base for those who seek relaxation and rejuvenation, the property is just a 15 minute drive from the picture perfect village of Frigiliana, with its striking white buildings, and a 25 minute drive from the sandy beaches of Nerja.

Outside, the gated swimming pool is the main attraction, framed by a beautifully designed sun terrace with wonderful sea views. Sit back and relax on one of the terrace’s loungers as you take in the surrounding countryside at sunset or enjoy a dip in the pool to cool off in the hot summer sun.

Designed with outdoor living in mind, the exterior of the property is also home to a barbecue area and covered dining area, ideal for long, leisurely lunches and al fresco gatherings in the warm evenings.

Accessed via a narrow track in the heart of the rolling countryside, this charming holiday home has been decorated in a traditional Andalucian style, with exposed beams, terracotta style tiles, and cooling white walls.

Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 125cm wide. There are 2 ways to the front door, either via 3 steps or a slightly longer way via a sloping ramp with one 10cm steps. This is the same as getting to the pool area. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the path to the terrace area is 125cm wide. The terrace is tiled and mostly flat. The pool itself has step access. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 16 steps down to the lower ground floor where all bedrooms have a door width of 69cm, and the shower room has a door width of 59 cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Two comfortable bedrooms provide a welcoming space to recharge after an exciting day in the sun, while the living room, dining room, and well-equipped kitchen lend themselves perfectly to socialising, cooking, and dining.
