Riittävästi tilaa nukkuaksi 6, tämä viehättävä 2-kerroksinen hiihtosokka tarjoaa vajaat 1500 neliöjalkaa maalaistyylisesti sisustettua sisustusta, puulämmitteisen talon ja sillä on oma piha, jossa on kylpytynnyri! Tämä tyylikkäästi sisustettu Friscon kaupunkiasunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä Main Streetistä ja on täydellinen paikka läheisten ystävien ryhmälle tai perheelle nauttia vuorista. Vietä päiväsi tutkimalla upeita Kalliovuoria, jota seuraa auringonlaskun cocktaileja ja liota takakuistilla olevassa yksityisessä porealtaassa!

Astu sisäänkäynnin laattalattian päälle ja siirry lomatilaan upotettaessa violettiin olohuoneen sohvaan. Olohuoneesta on kovapuulattiat, korkeat katot ja runsaasti mukavia kalusteita, joten siitä tulee nopeasti rentoutumisen paikka.

Menestyneen rinteillä vietetyn päivän jälkeen pilaa runsas ateria rakkaillesi täysin varustetussa keittiössä. Keittiössä on täysi mausteteline, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja kaikki ruoanvalmistusasiat suosikk reseptejäsi varten. Nauti ateriasi 6 hengen ruokapöydällä, joka sijaitsee lasiovetta vievän lasioven vieressä, ja tarkkaile lintuja pihalla!

Jos olet enemmän grillimestari kuin rautakokki, astu kuistilla ja piiskaa hiiligrilli-juhla kaasugrillillä. Nauti upeista vuoristomaisemista, kun nauttit porealtaassa.

Lopeta ilta kytkemällä suosikki elokuvasi taulu-tv: n olohuoneessa, kunnes olet valmis nukkumaan! Puulämmitteinen kiuas on täydellinen tapa nauttia kuppi kuumaa kaakaota ja lämmittää varpaitasi.

Kaikki 3 makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat yläkerrassa sekä 2 kylpyhuonetta (ensimmäinen täysi kylpyhuone sijaitsee pohjakerroksessa). Tilavassa makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, kun taas kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on täysi sänky lapsille!

Kun lumi alkaa laskea Coloradossa, paikalliset ihmiset parvivat kalliovuorille nauttiakseen talvesta täysimääräisesti! Kaupunkiaseman lähin hiihtokeskus on Copper Mountain, joka on 11 minuutin ajomatkan päässä, kun taas Breckenridge, Keystone ja Arapahoe-allas ovat 25 minuutin ajomatkan päässä hotellista. Vail ja Beaver Creek ovat vain hieman kauempana länteen I-70: llä!

Breckenridge on vain 16 minuutin päässä ovelta ja hauska paikka tutkia iltapäivällä. Kaupunki isännöi lukuisia vuotuisia festivaaleja, jotka alkavat tammikuun kansainvälisistä lumenveistosmestaruuskilpailuista heinäkuussa pidettävään itsenäisyyspäivän juhliin. Siellä on myös paljon paikallisia kauppoja, ravintoloita ja hauskoja paikkoja ottaa kuvia. Muista tutustua myös Keystoneen tapahtumiin!

Kun et ruokaile kaupunkitalossa, muista nauttia ateria yhdessä herkullisista paikallisista ruokapaikoista ympäri kaupunkia! Joitakin tukikohtia ovat 5. Nice place and convenient to Main Street

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and sufficiently appointed. We loved that it was walking distance from Main Street which was very convenient.Property manager Carolyn, was very responsive to our needs and issues which we greatly appreciated. The team she has was very responsive as well.The hot tub was clean and we even saw the hot tub cleaning service company make a visit. After a big snow one afternoon/evening, the next day we were pleased to see someone had come to plow the driveway and shovel the walks.

Perfect in town home.

I have rented this place twice and will continue. It is spacious and clean. Perfect location to town and trails. I ride right from the house to the mountain bike trails and walk to town for dinner after.

solid place

everything was as advertised. it's great if you just need a place to stay for skiing. room for two cars. kitchen had everything we needed. bedrooms were decent size. The only downside is it was just ok for hanging out - the TV was smaller than other places we've been at and there wasn't a lot of room for lounging. Hot tub was excellent - 4 people could fit and it was easy to work.

Great Stay near some Great Mountains

Just finished a short week ski trip with a small group of friends. House was in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to many restuarants, shops, gas, and recreational mountains. Hot Tub is a nice addition when finishing up a day of skiing.

Awesome location

This place really has a great location. A block up from Main Street and all the restaurants. And a quick drive to any other summer or winter activities. The unit it self was very clean, and we’ll organized. Had everything we needed. My only recommendation for the owners would be invest in some new mattresses. I slept well, and was comfortable, but you can tell these mattresses are ready to go. Anywho. I’d stay here again!

great communication

I rarely review VRBOs but the communication on this rental was fantastic. Prop mgr texted me from a real number day before with all info and quick response time on everything moving forward. House was clean and well stocked. Well equipped kitchen. Would return in a heartbeat.

Don’t Rent This Place

From the icy walkway leading to the front door with the loose knob set, to the huge water stain/damage on the ceiling over the wood stove, to the electric baseboard heat that can’t keep the house warm, to the stained grayish carpeting, this place was a huge disappointment and an obviously poorly maintained place. Save yourselves. Don’t rent.

We were in town for a wedding- a couple and two singles and the space was perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out, and the yard is perfect for coffee in the morning. Only a block and a half off of Main Street so easy walking. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely wonderful weekend getaway!

My boyfriend and I had a blast staying here on a mini-vacation to the mountains. The property was clean, well-furnished and well-stocked with anything we could ever need, and our contact Carolyn was super friendly and responsive when we let her know upon arrival that there were a couple lights out. The only minor complaint we had is there was a lot of construction going on next door so during the day it was very loud and even vibrated the floors a bit, but that is obviously something the property manager cannot control so certainly can't count that against them! Overall we had a delightful weekend and would definitely stay here again! (I'm already wishing we were back instead of back to work)

Cozy Unit, Wonderful Private Hot Tub, AMAZING HOSPITALITY

We are two couples who really enjoyed our stay in the unit. The unit is very cozy with the wood stove. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day of our stay. The beds were really comfortable and the three bathrooms are a big plus. The PRIVATE HOT TUB in a private backyard is the reason we choose this unit - a real treat, even more so with current covid concerns. It was super clean and felt so good each day after shredding powder all day long. The view of the mountains from the hot tub is amazing. An unexpected big plus was Carolyn - the kindest host we've ever had and we have stayed in many short terms rentals via VRBO and other sites. She got us into the place early when our flight was moved up due to weather, was super responsive, answered all of our questions and genuinely wanted us to have an amazing vacation in Frisco and wonderful stay in the unit. We will definitely ping her next time we are in the area. This is the one destination we return to annually and she has us very interested in a summer vacation in the area too due to all of her great tips. I cannot say enough nice things about her. Thank you for everything Carolyn!

Excellent townhome in Frisco - centrally located in walking distance to Main Street Frisco

Staying at your townhome was a delightful experience. Carolyn was very helpful and reachable per text and telephone to help with the check-in process. Even though I had a little trouble to get into the home first, she helped quickly and all was fine. Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely home. Everything we need was available to us. The hot tub in the back yard was fun to use.

A great townhome right by Main Street Frisco

Overall a great stay. We were there for two weeks, a family of four. We cooked often in the house and had everything we needed. Being a block off Main Street was also great, and we took advantage of it for multiple meals as well as the free summer concert. We used the hot tub multiple times and we saw it get cleaned twice in our two weeks there.

Everything you need in a great location!

We stayed in this property for 3 nights right before Xmas and it was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked, the place is roomy and clean and the hot tub is a bonus! We took the bus one day to the slopes, it's a quick walk to the bus stop, super convenient. It's close to the downtown area,near restaurants and shops. Also, Evolve did a great job communicating check-in and check-out instructions and were also very responsive to an inquiry I had. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend it!

Great place for a small group with Pets.

We were the first group to stay in this airbnb and everything was beyond perfect. If you are looking to spend time in the mountains with a small group including pets this is the place. Everything was very spacious and pet friendly. Treats and dog bowls were provided as well as a doggy door which made it much more accessible to leave the dogs behind while on the slopes. The hot tub was also a big hit with our group. I would 100% stay at this location and the guest contact was beyond helpful. Only recommendation I would have was to leave a broom out for guests who want to clean a bit while they are there. 10 out of 10.
