The hotel is quite new and the staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. The building and facilities were clean and well-maintained, and overall the property seemed well-managed. However, the overall experience was somewhat disappointing. The room was very small and bed was placed right up against the wall making it very inconvenient to use. There was absolutely no view from the window, so I couldn’t even open the curtains as it was immediately facing the building next to it. It felt very closed-in and claustrophobic. The room was so cramped and uncomfortable that I ended up checking out and returning home a day early. Unfortunately, since I booked a non-refundable rate, I wasn’t able to get a refund for the last night. The staff and cleanliness were excellent, but the location of the building and the small room size were major drawbacks that seriously affected the overall stay.

Front desk employees couldn’t speak English. Asked for 30 minutes late check-out, and she said we need to pay 1,000 yen for 30minutes. No flexibility!! Kindness is the key at hospitality, but they don’t know how to smile. Room & bathroom was OK, breakfast was good!
