Was made to get an extra room for a party of 7 so 3 rooms total. One of the rooms smelled like urine and was given another room. This hotel charges premium prices and does not provide lotions or face cleaners or moisturizers like other high end hotels.

We had a great stay. I particularly appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. I would especially like to call out the lady taking up concierge duty the afternoon of November 15th. When asked whether she could give us advice on where to find a place to buy bubble warp to protect the kyudo yumi I was taking back with me to Europe the next day, she offered that we could use some the hotel had in stock. That was a very generous gesture.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were always serviced very nicely. This is the second location I have stayed at and I am a fan of Mitsui Garden franchise all together. The only thing I wasnt a fan of was that the bathroom had a strong mildew smell, I feel this may be rather common but still. Very much enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

Nice spacious room. Good shower. The beds are horrendous. We have been all around Japan for the past month, and have found all the mattresses to be firm, but this place was dreadful. There was no give or spring whatsoever. The hotel is very busy with lots and lots of Chinese guests. They advertise laundry facilities, but there are only 2 machines for a very busy hotel. You will never be able to find one free. There is however a lovely launderette called Virtu just a few minutes walk away. The location is good, we just found the comfort poor

It's nicely located near the canal mall and not too far from Hakata station. There are lots of restaurants near by and a couple of shrines close by. The staff is awesome.
