Good accomodation for price. Friendly staff. Some other have complained about noise from trian track. I'm not sure if we were lucky with our room but it really wasn't bad for us. Easy to get to from Hakata station and walkable to central Fukuoka. Surprisingly good breakfast!!

Good clean hotel.

The room was clean but small. The sleeping area was small but the bathroom was large. Walking distance to train station was ok. The was a Family Mart close by, but no other shops to shop.

We booked the superior twin room, which was spacious and had a onsen style bathroom. The room was so comfortable and we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is a short walk from Hakata station. It’s very new and clean. A perfect place to stay when visiting. I loved the buffet breakfast that they offer. You can take little trips from here to see more of area.

Great value for money.

The hotel was within 10 mins walk from the airport bus terminal and airport subway. Room is small as expected but amenities at the hotel lobby was quite complete and there is free coffee. However, the train sound was quite loud as our room was facing the track. So if you are a light sleeper, it would not be conducive.

Nice stay

Check in reception was friendly and smiley. No early check in for Gold member, well it is what it is. Location is near Hakata station. Hotel face the train track but the room window block 95% of the noise. Love the toilet size with separate bath area. All is good

Booked in a small room facing the railway, and got exactly what we paid for. Room was clean and had all the items required. Didn’t notice train noise and had a good nights sleep. Staff weee friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk from station with suitcases.

Walking distance to Hakata station, and not so crowded in the immediate surroundings. Good for train enthusiasts as it faces the railway line, and can catch the various trains (including the Shinkansen) passing by. For this, please arrange with hotel to have the track-facing rooms.

Good value, near the main train station. This hotel has rooms overlooking the tracks leading into and from the station (with a sound proof window, it must be pointed out). If you'd like you can see (but not hear) lovely trains going by all evening, including some historic ones. Efficient and clean rooms, helpful staff.

Hotel is clean. Efficient check in. They even gave us beauty care products like face masks and moisturizers. Room is tight but it is to be expected. There is no closet space. The washroom is spacious and really nice. Main qualms about this hotel is that the location is a bit far from the Hakata station. There's not much happening in the vicinity of the hotel. The other major thing is the noise from the trains. This is not the hotel for you if you are a light sleeper.

Good location. Truly near Hakata Station (over at OIOI / Kitte Mall entrance), just a very short walk. But, hotel is near railway tracks, could affect light sleepers.
