Furnished to a high standard, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

This spacious and modern apartment is in an exclusive private complex of luxury apartments at 5 minutes walk from the sea front.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Within 100 meters from the apartment you will find Marina, Theatre, Restaurants, Blandys Wine, Tourist Information Office, Ritz Cafe, Cathedral, Santa Catarina Gardens and much more. In the Municipal Garden you will find an open air theatre which holds many events during the summer. The adjacent outdoor cafe is popular, offering meals, snacks and drinks.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, La Vie, is just a 2-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Important Note: Refurbishment works are being carried out in the building, so there may be some noise during daylight hours. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of Dolce Vita - City Center & Shopping Center, you'll find laundry facilities and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
