This delightful 121 m² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern and charming style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests.

The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker. There is a small sunroom with a washing machine for laundry needs.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, multiple storage spaces and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a cosy queen bed and ample wardrobe.

A shared bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a lovely terrace with a swimming pool, providing the perfect place to enjoy the sunlight and relax.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 1st floor, and the building has elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in one of Funchal’s charming areas, this neighbourhood combines the tranquillity of residential surroundings with the convenience of being close to the city’s vibrant attractions. Visitors can enjoy peaceful walks among leafy streets while still having quick access to the lively centre, where shops, cafés, and local markets showcase the best of Madeiran culture.

The area is also an excellent starting point to discover the island’s highlights, from scenic viewpoints overlooking the Atlantic to the enchanting botanical gardens and historic landmarks scattered throughout Funchal. With its blend of calm and accessibility, it offers a welcoming base for travellers eager to explore both the city and the natural beauty of Madeira.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus station, Parque STA Catarina (8), is just an 8-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
