Mold on the mattress

We checked in. There were sketchy people standing around the whole hotel. The mattress has a ton of mold on it. We checked out immediately. Were there a total of 15 minutes.

This place is a true hole in the wall. If I wasn’t so tired I would have left. Just nasty and ran down. They need to redo this place before they rent these rooms out. I slept fully clothed and couldn’t even take a shower in the am due to the grossness of the bathtub. I wouldn’t even step in there with someone else’s feet 😖

The room was clean and remodeled except for the bathroom. The check out clerk in the morning was very polite and friendly. I would stay at the hotel again when I was in Gainesville , it was very affordable but they did have coffee but no breakfast. If you are looking for an affordable hotel !

Lady at desk at night was not friendly at all. Did not greet us, stayed silent the entire check in process and just threw stuff at us for check in. Very rude and unprofessional when you are in the “hospitality” business. This place is a joke. You have to leave your ID with them to borrow a hair dryer. A $10 hair dryer lol. Expedia says this property was remodeled in 2022…hahaha what a joke! There is no way this place can be this bad in 3 years. No property maintenance, rooms are filthy and gross, pool is nasty, everything around this property is falling apart and dirty. The palm trees are even falling apart (literally). Thank god we only stayed for less than 12 hours. I would never have lasted longer than that. Pics on site do NOT match what this place looks like. Lies in their ad altogether. No full size fridge in our “kitchenette” either. Stay away

The motel has NOT been updated! Peeling paint everywhere on outside. Inside room, bed linens had stains and rips, no drawers or closet, bathroom is OLD and disgusting with visible dirt, missing tiles. Toilet is sooo low to ground, almost couldn't stand up from it. Stains on tub and in tub. Wall above toilet paper is disgusting. The supplied coffee pot didn't work. The toaster was missing the knob for operation. The front door was almost impossible to close when leaving. I wish I could add pictures! DO NOT STAY HERE
