Located in highly sought after Sea Isle subdivision with community pool, fishing pier, park, convenience store and restaurant. A 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach and marina; golf cart included. Beautiful deck and covered outdoor sitting area. Plenty of things to entertain you, your friends and family including a Wii, lots of indoor and outdoor games, beach toys and puzzles.
