I was so surprise of the room. It was spacious and clean. The balcony facing the river was the real gold. A nice way to wine down after a day of shopping .

The hotel itself is old and starting to show lots of wear. The exterior of the building has been neglected. The rooms have been updated and aren't too bad. The property is close to the Gatlinburg shuttle stop (purple route) which makes it easier to get in and out of town.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The door to the balcony was busted at the bottom. I was worried about insects or snakes coming under the door since we were on the river. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Pool wasn’t the cleanest. Lots of sand in the bottom.
