Loved the location of this hotel. All activities and restaurants were in walking distance, we never drove anywhere once we arrived at the hotel. Rooms are very clean and nice. The coffee shop and bar at the hotel had many options to choose from and the outdoor seating area with games for adults and kids were very nice. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the rooms were even though it was located at the center of anything in the town.

Great customer service and wonderful amenities. It can be a bit pricy durning the peak seasons, but if you want luxury in Gatlinburg this is the place.

Make entire property smoke free

The hotel overall was nice , clean. Great atmosphere. Only thing my son and I couldn't use fire pit by creekside, because they designated it smoking area. Not sure why you allow smoking at all, but to make an area others want to utilize but can't because of breathing issues from the smokers.

Our experience was excellent with the exception of the bed. The mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It made for an extremely long night of tossing and turning. After our first night, we asked if the mattress could be switched out. The lady we talked to thought they would be able to make that happen. Unfortunately, after we arrived back to the hotel rather late after a long day of shopping and sightseeing, we discovered that the mattress had not been switched out as we had hoped. We were in for another uncomfortable night's sleep. We were offered breakfast vouchers when we checked out the following morning for the inconvenience. Breakfast was delicious! The front desk staff assured us they would make sure the mattress issue would be taken care of for future guests.
