Parking to use the amenities was terrible. I get they have shuttles but that takes a long time to go to your unit and back to restaurant or water park. I wouldn’t stay here again Becky this inconvenience. Overall the resort was nice just wish there was more parking options.

Check In Nightmare

Check in process is quite difficult especially if traveling with multiple properties. We asked for rooms to be next to each other and they were unable to accommodate. Our rooms were supposed to have two beds and they also did not. We had one bed and one couch. We were asked to attend a 90 minute meeting with a free breakfast to obtain water park passes for our group. After three hours we politely asked to leave and were met with three very rude staff members that proceeded to insult us for 15 additional minutes.

Great property! We enjoyed the cleanliness, the indoor water park and the facilities. Our stay was great however please be honest about the length of the timeshare presentation. What was supposed to be 90 minutes turned into 3.5 hours.

Resort was Awesome . Everyone there was extremely sweet and welcoming . Definitely recommend as a place to stay . Only thing is the pull out couch bed is extremely uncomfortable . Other than that I enjoyed my stay . The waterpark was so much fun also and the arcade room!!
